Children’s hearings are meetings held in an office and not in court. You will attend along with a relevant person who may be parent or other adult and one of our children’s hearing lawyers will attend with you. The independent panel consists of three people who will hear representations on the grounds for your referral and your solicitor can make representations on your behalf.
